The Cabinet
Every room should leave something behind.
Collectible identity from the beginning
The rooms of Limn Publishing House are being designed as recognisable places, not interchangeable backdrops. Each carries the seed of its own objects, prints and marks.
Nothing in this first cabinet is being offered for sale yet. These are design directions, not an inventory claim. The House will release objects only when the physical product is good enough to deserve the room that inspired it.
Ed’s Office
A severe black-and-brass mug, an office seal and stationery carrying the marks of decisions made rather than merely meetings held.
Author’s Study
Notebooks, reading journals and desk objects built around paper, ink, the feather mark and the deliberate work of authorship.
Projection Theatre
Room posters, mechanical-reel motifs, numbered admission tokens and images drawn from screenings rather than generic cinema merchandise.
Press Room
Gear plates, maker’s marks and hard-wearing objects with the visual discipline of production machinery and proof stamps.
Register an interest, not an order
Collectors, readers and fellow makers may tell Ed which room or object they would most like to see made. This is informal research; no payment, reservation or delivery promise is implied.
